Happy Doll silicone heads unavailable until March 2021

Hi,

the Happy Doll factory informed us that the Happy Doll silicone heads are unavailable until March 2021.

The reason given is

[…] that the factory can't produce silica gel heads in winter, because the scrap rate caused by low temperature is too high, and it needs to be warmed up in March 2021 before production […]

This suggests that it is currently too cold to process silicone at the factory location (Dezember/January), then there are Chinese New Year holidays (February), and after that it gets warm enough to process silicone again.

Not sure what to make of this. Last time I checked, lots of heating devices were produced in mainland China. Does this factory actually operate without any means of heating?
