Hi,
recently, Irontech Doll released new photos with the ITSRS-169/A body style and S45 head aka ›Tina‹.
The ITSRS-169/A is a life-sized silicone love doll with a natural body shape and small breasts. The depicted skin color is dark tanned.
The S45 head is also made of silicone, so this is a full silicone doll.
